One of our customers is a nation wide building merchants and they had a issue with a very old combat heater. This left them without any heating in the showroom and as a result, not so happy customers.
We completed a site survey and a full investigation to establish that the previously condemned heater had been correctly diagnosed. The heater was past the point of a financially viable repair coupled with many parts being obsolete. We carried out an assessment of the room to make sure the heater was correctly sized and quoted to replace with a new Combat heater that complied with todays new regulations.
We removed the old heater and installed the new one complete with tamper proof controller and new flue system. The new heater is providing comfort heating to the whole showroom and using the new high/low burner technology, is saving the customer money each month on their fuel bills.
